She advises on complex development projects (including under FIDIC), sale and leaseback transactions and large-scale acquisitions, and has contributed to regulatory drafting on divided ownership, property expropriation, and construction liability and insurance, favouring multidisciplinary, engineering-informed solutions and dispute settlement.
