Aivars Lošmanis is an Associate Partner at WALLESS in Latvia, advising on arbitration and dispute resolution, capital markets, banking and finance, restructuring and insolvency, commercial matters and corporate governance. He holds a Dr. jur. and LL.M. from the University of Münster, was Partner at Law Firm VILGERTS (2017–2022), served as a lecturer/assistant professor at the University of Latvia (1999–2018) and was a member of the supervisory board of Valmieras stikla šķiedra AS (2006–2014).
