Sarjeel Mowahid is a Partner at ABS & Co. who heads the firm's Corporate and Commercial practice and advises blue-chip clients on corporate finance, restructuring, banking and finance, foreign direct investment, labor law and general corporate and contractual matters. He has almost twenty years of post-qualification experience across sectors including oil & gas, mining, infrastructure and energy projects, power, petrochemicals, FMCG and retail, and has held in-house roles at Coca-Cola and MCB Bank.
