Nazmun Islam is an Associate Partner at Tanjib Alam & Associates in Bangladesh, advising on corporate and commercial matters including energy and renewable projects, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and securities compliance, foreign direct investment and cross-border transactions, construction and property, taxation, e‑commerce, and constitutional issues. She has litigation and arbitration experience, conducts workplace investigations (including sexual-harassment complaint committees), was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2012, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Skills (City University, London) and an LLM in International Business Law (BPP University, London); she is enrolled as an advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and joined Tanjib Alam & Associates in 2015.
