Saqeb Mahbub is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Bangladesh who heads the international practice at Mahbub & Company and advises multinationals on corporate, employment, contract, investment and M&A matters. He has acted for global businesses such as Mastercard, DHL and Pepsi, advises on labour, environmental and factory law compliance, has worked with VCs and technology startups, and has served as a consultant to international development organisations and as an Officer in the IBA Asia-Pacific Regional Forum.
