Sayedul Munim is Legal Director at Accord Chambers who leads the firm’s Labor & Employment Law practice, advising on labour law compliance, employee handbooks and contracts, termination protocols and benefits, and has led over 600 labour court litigations including high-profile WPPF matters. He also works on construction and infrastructure projects (including negotiating and drafting large-scale EPC and turnkey contracts with familiarity with FIDIC, ICC and World Bank guidelines) and advises on foreign direct investment, joint ventures, startups, commercial contracts and due diligence; he is a Barrister called to the Bar of England and Wales and an enrolled Advocate in Bangladesh.
