Partner and co-head of EBN’s Insolvency, Receivership and Liquidation Department in Israel, Raanan Kalir specializes in insolvency, debt restructuring and related litigation. He is regularly appointed by courts as special manager, liquidator, receiver or trustee and, since the 2008 financial crisis, has handled hundreds of insolvency and restructuring matters including major creditors' arrangements and acquisitions of financially distressed companies.
