Michael Safran is Managing Partner at S. Friedman, Abramson & Co. and head of the Shipping Finance Department, with extensive experience in shipbuilding transactions, ship sale and purchase, complex lease and sale-and-leaseback arrangements and other shipping finance and trade finance matters. He advises on negotiating, structuring and drafting complex cross-border financial deals, including asset-backed finance, lending, syndicated lending, receivables securitization and factoring.
