Senior partner in the firm's litigation practice with extensive experience handling civil, commercial and administrative litigation, including high‑profile matters and representation before all instances up to the Supreme Court. Advises and represents clients in complex disputes (contractual, real estate, tenders, libel, environment, franchising, administrative petitions, class actions, derivative suits) and also acts as arbitrator and mediator.
