Partner at Arnon, Tadmor‑Levy specializing in planning and zoning law, representing private and public clients before planning bodies, District Courts and the Supreme Court, and advising on project strategy, licensing and economic issues such as betterment levies and payments to the Israel Land Authority. He lectures at the Center for Local Government and serves as an investigator hearing objections for the Ministry of the Interior; he holds an LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2005) and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2006.
