Aner Hefetz

Aner Hefetz is a partner at Arnon, Tadmor-Levy who focuses on planning and construction law, representing leading real estate and development companies at all stages of the planning and construction process and providing planning and construction litigation, including representation before planning commissions, the High Court of Justice and the District Courts for Administrative Matters. He has expertise in accessibility law, property-damage torts, betterment levy disputes and construction-related criminal proceedings, and also advises on commercial matters (notably in the hotel industry) and non-profit organization law; he received an LLB (Hons) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2005 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2006.
