Partner at Arnon, Tadmor-Levy whose practice focuses on corporate law, with emphasis on venture capital and private equity financings, representation of emerging growth companies, fund formation and secondary and secondary transactions. He represents Israeli and international venture capital and corporate investors as well as fund sponsors, general partners and limited partners; prior to joining the firm he was in-house counsel at BRM Capital, joined Arnon, Tadmor-Levy in 2006 and became a partner in 2009, and was ranked by Who’s Who Legal 2019 among the world’s leading attorneys in Funds Formation.
