Partner at Goldfarb Gross Seligman & Co., David Olshtein advises boards and managements of large Israeli public companies on corporate law, securities regulation, corporate governance, offerings, financings and M&A, and provides advice on dividend distributions and the Israeli Promotion of Competition and Reduction of Concentration Law. He previously worked at the Israel Securities Authority and was an intern at the office of the Deputy Attorney General for Fiscal-Economic Matters, and he lectures for the Israel Bar Association and the Israeli Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
