Yoni Frider is a partner in Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Hi-Tech Department in Israel, focusing on corporate law with an emphasis on venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and related corporate matters. He represents entrepreneurs, start-up and mature companies in the high-technology sector and venture capital firms, and previously worked as a corporate lawyer in Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s New York office, where he specialised in mergers and acquisitions.
