Partner at Herzog Fox & Neeman based in Israel, advising Israeli and international clients on the development and financing of energy and large-scale infrastructure projects. She has particular experience with conventional and renewable power plants, pumped storage, desalination, transportation and natural gas projects, and recently advised lender syndicates on the Tel Aviv Green Line Light Rail, the Western Galilee SWRO desalination plant and the Cross Israel Highway (Route 6) financing.
