Amir Caspari is a partner in S. Horowitz & Co and a leading lawyer in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, specialising in planning, regeneration and development of land and construction law. He acts on planning and building permit applications, land-use disputes, appeals and judicial review proceedings before appellate courts, and on major infrastructure and land regeneration projects for a range of clients including developers, infrastructure companies and quarry owners.
