Partner in the Dispute Resolution and Corporate practice groups at S. Horowitz & Co., advising on corporate and commercial matters with a focus on hi‑tech, bio‑tech, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and private placements. Also represents domestic and international clients in civil and contractual disputes, including challenges to public authority decisions and disputes in construction, water, energy and infrastructure projects and tenders.
