Horowitz & Co., specialising in corporate and commercial transactions, funds and securities regulatory advice and intellectual property licensing agreements. He advises multinational and domestic companies, investors and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, technology transfer and the marketing/offering of financial products in Israel.
