Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at S. Horowitz & Co in Israel, advising international and domestic companies, municipal authorities and government companies on a broad range of civil and commercial matters before Israeli courts with a focus on contract, administrative, environmental and antitrust law. He also represents clients in proceedings before the State Comptroller of Israel and handles energy matters for major clients including Israel’s largest fuel company and Israel Electric Corporation.
