Senior Partner at Shekel & Co., joined the firm in 2007 and specializes in taxation, including corporate tax, income tax, corporate restructuring, capital gains tax and incentives under the Encouragement of Capital Investments Law; she is also a certified public accountant. Ayelet previously held senior positions at the Israel Tax Authority, represents prominent entities and private clients before tax authorities and courts, and lectures for the Israel Bar Association, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and at academic institutions.
