Oren Mandler is a partner and Head of IP Litigation at The Luzzatto Group in Israel, with over 20 years' experience in the field and with the firm since 2003. He specializes in IP litigation—particularly patents, trademarks and designs—including management of domestic and foreign Patent Office opposition cases and trademark examination matters, and advises on IP commercialization, licensing, customs enforcement and internet law issues.
