Meir Mizrahi is Head & Senior Partner of Meir Mizrahi with A. Rafael & Co., a leading Israeli tax lawyer who founded the firm in 2000. He previously served as administrator of the land taxation department at the Internal Revenue Service and as legal advisor to the Israeli Tax Authorities; he advises on land taxation and large real estate transactions for municipalities, corporations, banks and insurers, and regularly lectures and publishes on taxation.
