Efrat Solomon is Head of the Real Estate Taxation Department at Meir Mizrahi with A. Rafael & Co., specializing in tax aspects of real estate transactions and taxation of real estate associations. She is the author of a book on taxation of real estate associations, serves as the firm's academic coordinator and lectures at the Israel Bar Association and other forums; she has been licensed as a lawyer since 1999.
