نبذة

Partner and co-leader of Meitar’s Israeli Corporate and Securities department, advising major Israeli and international corporations on corporate transactions, securities and corporate governance. Previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Tnuva (2008–2012) and teaches "Advanced Corporate Law" at Tel Aviv University; ranked by Chambers & Partners in Corporate/M&A.
