Partner in Meitar Law Offices' Banking and Finance Group, representing clients in banking and capital markets, compliance and corporate governance, executive compensation, D&O insurance and indemnification, reporting obligations, complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial loan agreements and project finance. He has extensive experience representing banks and other financial corporations before regulatory and governmental authorities and has advised on major Israeli legislative reforms including amendments to the Companies Law (2011–2012), the Executive Compensation in Financial Corporations Law (2016), the Strum Law (2013, 2016) and payment services reforms (2019).
