Adi Fremder is a partner in Meitar Law Offices' Litigation Group in Israel, specializing in corporate, commercial and securities litigation. Adi represents Israeli and international clients in complex matters including derivative actions, shareholder disputes and large-scale class actions, appears before courts as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings, and previously served as a senior law clerk to Justice Asher Grunis.
