David S. Glatt

Partner in the corporate and securities group at Meitar Law Offices in Israel, advising on public and private debt and equity offerings, venture capital and private equity transactions, and M&A. He provides securities compliance and ongoing corporate counsel for NASDAQ-listed foreign private issuers, advises banks and financial institutions on derivatives (and co-authored the official ISDA country netting opinion for Israel), and previously practiced in Skadden's New York corporate finance and M&A departments prior to joining Meitar in 1998.
