Partner at Meitar Law Offices in the Corporate and Securities and Banking and Finance groups, representing corporations and banks in M&A, venture capital and private equity investments, equity and debt financings (including SEC-registered and Rule 144A/Reg S offerings), joint ventures, technology licensing and complex lending transactions. He previously worked as an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York and teaches finance transactions at Tel Aviv University Law School.
