Partner in Meitar Law Offices' Real Estate Group based in Israel, with extensive experience in large and complex real property transactions. She handles SPAs for shopping centers, hotels, manufacturing facilities and office buildings, represents clients in joint ventures, financing, combination and BOT agreements, advises on construction projects from land acquisition to occupancy and sale, and has expertise in urban renewal and agricultural-sector transactions; prior to joining Meitar she served as a legal advisor for a leading US investment and development firm and worked at a leading Tel Aviv law firm.
