Partner at Gornitzky & Co. with extensive experience in commercial litigation, particularly labour law-related litigation and administrative matters. He represents companies and senior management in high-profile disputes and arbitration/mediation, advises public and private companies and executives on labour and corporate issues, chairs the Labour Law Legislative Committee of the Israeli Bar Association, and led labour-related work on IFF’s purchase of Frutatrom as well as advising the nominating committee of Bank Hapoalim.
