Dr. Assaf Y. Prussak is a partner in the tax group at Gornitzky & Co., focusing on international tax matters and advising clients on cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and inbound/outbound business operations. He previously spent seven years in the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP advising on U.S. federal and state tax matters and representing taxpayers in disputes with the IRS and before the U.S. Tax Court.
