Gil Ephrati is a Partner at ES Shimron, I Molho, Persky & Co in Israel who specialises in civil and commercial law, with particular focus on corporate and bankruptcy matters and broad litigation experience across hi‑tech licensing, telecommunications, real estate, commercial and labor law. He joined the firm in 1994, represents homeowners in TAMA 38 projects, is part of the firm's team on major insolvency matters including the Heftsiba group, and was involved in representation of the United States in a landmark National Labor Court judgment.
