Associate Yakov Kohl advises companies, non-profit entities and public organizations in commercial and corporate matters, and handles complex litigation and representation before the civil and labor courts. He advises a national infrastructure company on international tenders and procurement and was part of the team that represented the United States in a precedential labor immunity judgment before the National Labor Court.
