Rachel Shay is a Partner at ES Shimron, I Molho, Persky & Co in Israel, advising Israeli and international clients on M&A, venture capital and private equity financings, technology licensing, intellectual property, corporate and commercial matters, and international transactions (including real estate). She also advises non-profit organisations and on administrative law and public procurement matters; admitted to the Australian Bar (2000) and the Israel Bar Association (2002), she holds an LL.B. and B.A. from the University of New South Wales (1997) and an LL.M. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2004), joined the firm in 2004 and became a partner in 2012.
