Partner in the Capital Markets Regulations department at Vinograd & Co, advising institutional entities, investment houses, family offices, asset managers, advisors and stock exchange members on ongoing regulatory and commercial matters and on establishing investment funds in Israel and abroad. She joined Vinograd & Co in 2016 and previously served in senior in‑house and regulatory roles including Investments Legal Counsel at The Phoenix Insurance Company, Legal Counsel of the Association of Stock Exchange Members, Deputy Director of Capital Markets, Investments & Institutional Entities at M. Firon & Co., and Chief Legal Counsel of Menorah Mivtachim Investment House.
