Founding and Managing Partner at Vinograd & Co., leading the firm's Capital Market & Investment Funds sector and advising institutional investors—including provident and pension funds—on investments regulation and alternative investments. He established the Investments & Capital Markets department at Arnon Segev & Co., regularly lectures to institutional boards and investment committees, and was named one of Israel’s Top 40 Under 40 by TheMarker in 2014.
