Arye Liany is a partner and recognised expert in infrastructure projects in Israel, with particular experience in cross-border infrastructure transactions in Africa and Latin America. He has nearly thirty years' experience as General Counsel, VP Legal and executive/management board member in international corporations and advises on FIDIC and EU/EDF‑financed contracts, construction and O&M agreements, project finance and dispute resolution.
