Catherine Bembrick

Catherine Bembrick is a barrister at 5 Wentworth Chambers specialising in competition/antitrust, intellectual property, employment and commercial litigation, with experience in cartel matters (criminal and civil), misuse of market power, Australian Consumer Law contraventions and patent, trade mark and copyright disputes. She holds an LLM from the University of Cambridge, was previously Senior Associate at Allens Linklaters, an Associate at Slaughter and May and Associate to the Hon Justice Bennett AC, and is Chair of the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct Committee; she is recognised in Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Doyle’s Guide.
