Joseph Elks is a barrister at 5 Wentworth Chambers with a broad practice specialising in intellectual property, complex commercial disputes, sports law, equity, consumer law and trade practices. He appears led and unled in the Federal Court of Australia and unled in the NSW Supreme Court and lower tribunals, has been ranked in Chambers & Partners, Doyle’s Guide, Best Lawyers and Legal 500 for IP and related fields, and previously practised as a Senior Associate in Sydney (Herbert Smith Freehills) and at a leading New York firm.
