David Harris

David Harris is a leading junior at the Australian Bar with a wide-ranging commercial litigation practice handling high-profile and complex commercial disputes, including regulatory matters, corporate insolvency, contracts, misleading or deceptive conduct, and equity and trusts. He regularly appears in the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of NSW and the District Court of NSW, acts for major corporate clients such as Bupa, CIMIC and Kimberly‑Clark, and was previously a Senior Associate at Allens; he is recognised in Legal 500 and serves as an expert advisor for the LexisNexis Insolvency and Restructuring Practical Guidance module.
