Adv. Nir Milshtein is a partner and co-head of the Commercial Litigation Department at Shnitzer Gotlieb Samet & Co., with over 20 years' experience handling complex commercial, civil and administrative disputes in courts, arbitration and mediation. He represents Israeli and international clients — including public companies, government bodies and financial institutions — in matters such as shareholder and director disputes, class and derivative actions, contractual and developer disputes, tenders and estates.
