Senior Of-Counsel with over 19 years' experience advising international companies and organizations on corporate matters, restructuring, due diligence and intellectual property, including drafting, negotiating and managing commercial contracts. She founded Manaar Legal Consultancy (UAE) serving the GCC and Iraq, holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Westminster (London), and is Co‑Founder of Women Lawyers Group Middle East, a board member of the International Women Business Group (Abu Dhabi) and a member of the Benelux Business Group – Abu Dhabi.
