Director and Head of DCM at Kain Lawyers, Nick Slack leads the firm's Debt Capital Markets team and has 26 years' experience advising Australian and international financiers and borrowers on corporate, acquisition, real estate and construction, and general finance matters. He has significant private practice and in‑house experience, including serving as sole Australian legal counsel at Fortress Investment Group and completing secondments at a major Australian bank and a financial services provider to global private equity and hedge fund managers.
