Founding Partner at HNS Legal in Lebanon, Joseph Nasrallah advises on corporate, financial and cross-border transactions across the Middle East and Africa with a particular focus on private equity and investment frameworks. He previously practiced in leading Lebanese law firms and was seconded as head of the legal departments of two multinational companies operating across the Middle East and Africa.
