Partner at Luthi & Co (Herzog Patents) in Israel, Daniel Lerner has academic degrees in both science and law and joined the firm in 1995, becoming a partner in 2003. He specialises in intellectual property, with a particular emphasis on IP and patent litigation across a broad range of technologies, notably pharmaceuticals and hi‑tech, and has served as lead counsel in numerous major Israeli patent cases.
