Faisal A. Sharia is Head of Criminal Litigation Department at Almajali & Partners Law Firm in Jordan, concentrating in civil and commercial litigation with experience in trial and appellate practice in the Jordanian courts. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of corporate and business disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate and intellectual property matters.
