Tsafrir Negbi is Founding Partner at Negbi, Cohen & Co. and co-heads the firm's dispute resolution practice; he is a senior litigator in Israel who represents conglomerates, institutional investors, financial institutions and public figures in high‑stakes disputes involving public takeovers, large infrastructure projects, energy, real estate, control and shareholders' disputes, Supreme Court petitions, class and derivative actions and administrative petitions. He serves as chair of the Israel Bar Association Civil Procedure Committee, is a Presiding Judge in the National Disciplinary Tribunal of the Israel Bar Association, and is a frequent lecturer for professional education courses.
