Consultant at MinterEllisonRuddWatts and former senior corporate partner and Chair who retired from the partnership at the end of 2019 and now provides strategic advice and a sounding board for complex client situations. Highly regarded for mergers and acquisitions, securities/capital markets, corporate governance and private equity work, she also holds multiple governance roles including non-executive directorships and chairs, and is Pro-Chancellor at the University of Auckland.
