Marina Henatie is a Legal Advisor at Abu Sharkh & Shammout Advocates and Legal Consultants with over two decades of experience in legislative drafting, governance, labor law and administrative reform. She has advised multiple Jordanian ministries, contributed to the Prime Ministry's Public Sector Modernization Roadmap, supported UNDP legislative initiatives, and represented Jordan in regional and international labor and human rights forums.
