Samah Shammout is a Partner at Abu Sharkh & Shammout Advocates and Legal Consultants and acts as the head of the Corporate and Commercial Department, with over two decades of legal and regulatory experience. She holds an LLB and an LLM (Private Law, marine law specialization) from the University of Jordan and has held senior legal and regulatory roles at the Central Bank of Jordan, the Insurance Commission of Jordan and the Social Security Investment Fund.
